Current Connector Status dashboard hung issue

If suddenly your stats on 'Current Connector Status' is not updating but other dashboards do within the Connector Connection Cache Status then as HP suggested solution seems to helped resolved the issue.

 

Do the following:

 

1. Stop Manager services.

  

2. Delete all files in the directory "/opt/arcsight/manager/user/manager/datamonitors/checkpoints/".

 

3. Next, start the Manager services again.
